The hour it needs never shows up. The one time you did open it, you hit a connector you weren't sure about and closed the tab.

Assisted Install books that hour with you and gets the workflow running before the session ends.

How it works

Buy Assisted Install once you've bought your kit. Your delivery email carries a booking link, you pick a time that suits you, and we meet on a screen share.

You drive. We direct. The kit gets installed in your own accounts, under your own login, with us telling you what to click and why. Nothing ends up in a place you can't reach on your own afterwards.

If you'd rather we took the wheel, say so and we'll run the setup remotely during the call instead. That's on request rather than the default, because the version where you drive is the version that leaves you able to run it again without us.

What we do in the session

• Your tools connected, checked, and authorised on your own accounts.
• The workflow built end to end, following your kit's own setup guide.
• One live run before we finish, so you've watched it work rather than been told it works.
• Your questions answered on the spot, including the ones a written guide was never going to cover.

When your session happens

Your delivery email carries the booking link, and you'll have your session booked within 3 to 5 days of purchase. If your setup needs something we have to build first, we'll tell you when you book rather than leave you guessing.

What one session covers

One Assisted Install covers one kit. If you've bought several and want them all running, add a session per kit and we'll work through them in whatever order you want.

If the thing you want automated isn't a kit we sell, that's a custom build rather than an assisted install. Email support@shopautomations.ai with what you're trying to automate and we'll tell you whether we can build it and what it would cost.

Your guarantee

Assisted Install comes with a 30-day get-it-working guarantee. If the workflow we set up together stops doing what your kit's page said it would, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll get it running again. If we can't, you get your $497 back.

That's separate from the guarantee on the kit itself. Every kit carries its own 14-day get-it-working guarantee, and booking an assisted session doesn't replace that one or extend it. Two purchases, two promises, and they run on their own clocks.

What you'll need

A kit from this store, bought before your session. Your Claude account on Cowork's Pro plan or higher, and logins for the tools your kit connects to. Have those to hand when we start, so the hour goes on the build rather than on password resets.

Not on Claude? Kits are written for Claude Cowork first, and their files describe what to achieve rather than which buttons to press, so a capable AI agent on another platform, like ChatGPT Work, can follow the same steps. Tell us what you're running when you book and we'll come prepared.
