Every kit in this store is built to run. If yours doesn't, we don't leave you stuck with it.
If your kit doesn't run as described, or you can't get it set up with Claude Cowork (or another capable AI agent), contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll help you get it running. One full support round is included with every kit. If we still can't get it working for you, you get a full refund.
How to claim it
Email support@shopautomations.ai within 14 days of purchase, with your order number and what's happening. We'll dig in with you. Most issues turn out to be a setup step or a tool connection, and those we fix together. If the kit itself can't be made to run in your setup, we refund you in full.
If we set it up with you
Assisted Install is a separate purchase and it carries a separate promise. If the workflow we set up together stops doing what your kit's page said it would, contact us within 30 days of buying the session and we'll get it running again. If we can't, you get your $497 back.
Booking a session doesn't replace or extend the 14-day guarantee on your kit. Two purchases, two promises, and they run on their own clocks.
The honest boundary
The guarantee covers the kit doing what its page promised. It doesn't cover things outside the kit: a third-party tool changing its pricing or features, or a business outcome we don't control. And because kits are digital and delivered instantly, the guarantee isn't a trial period. If you change your mind, never install it, or already have it working, that's a kit doing its job, not a refund case.
One thing we ask: come to support first. The refund exists for kits we couldn't get working, so give us the chance to try. That keeps the guarantee honest and keeps kit prices where they are.
