Refund & Returns Policy

Every kit in this store is a digital product. When you buy one, you get instant access to the files and instructions, so there's nothing to ship back and nothing to return.
Because the kit is delivered to you in full the moment you buy it, we can't offer change-of-mind refunds. What we offer instead is simpler and, we think, fairer: a guarantee that your kit works.
Our get-it-working guarantee
If your kit doesn't run as described, or you can't get it set up with your Claude Cowork account, email us at support@shopautomations.ai within 14 days of purchase. We'll work with you to get it running; one full support round is included with every kit. If we can't get it working for you, you get a full refund.
One honest condition: contact support first. The refund is for kits we couldn't get working, so we need the chance to try. A refund request without a support attempt inside the 14 days won't qualify.

We'll also make it right if
- The kit doesn't match what its page described. If what you received is materially different from what the product page said you'd get, tell us and we'll fix it or refund it.
- A file is missing or broken. If part of the kit didn't come through or won't open, contact us and we'll get you a working copy right away.
- You bought the wrong kit by mistake. If you haven't installed it yet, reach out and we'll sort out a swap or a refund.
What's not refundable
Because kits are digital and delivered instantly, we can't refund a purchase because you changed your mind, didn't get around to using it, or already got the kit working. In each of those cases, you have the working product; there's nothing for us to take back.
How to request help or a refund
Email support@shopautomations.ai with your order number and a short note on what went wrong. We read every message and we'll get back to you. Refunds, when issued, go back to your original payment method.
What's outside this policy
The kits run on your own tool accounts, like Shopify, Klaviyo, or Stripe. We can't refund fees you pay to those third-party tools, and we can't refund a kit because a tool you connected it to changed its own pricing or features. If a kit itself isn't doing what its page promised, that's on us, and the guarantee above applies.

Physical products (coming soon)
Everything in the store today is a digital kit, so the policy above is the one that covers your order. We're planning a small line of physical products for AI operators and Superpreneur fans, and when those launch this section will apply to them.
Those physical items will be made to order, printed just for you. Because each one is produced on demand, we can't take it back if you simply change your mind. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, email support@shopautomations.ai within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll reprint it or refund it. Your digital kits keep their own get-it-working guarantee; this made-to-order rule covers physical products only.
