These terms cover your use of shopautomations.ai and anything you buy here. By using the store or buying a kit, you agree to them. They're written by Shop Automations AI, a Brilliant Concepts LLC company ("we," "us").

 

1. What you're buying

Each kit is a digital product: a ready-built AI workflow, plus the instructions and files your own AI agent uses to install it on your tools. You're buying a one-time license to use the kit in your own business, not a subscription and not software we host for you.

2. Your license

When you buy a kit, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business, on as many of your own projects as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the kit's files or instructions, in whole or in part, or pass them off as your own product. The kit's contents stay our intellectual property.

3. What the kit does and doesn't do

The kits are tools, not guarantees of a business result. They run on your own accounts with third-party tools (for example Shopify, Klaviyo, or Stripe), and they need a working Claude account with Cowork to install. We don't control those third-party tools, their pricing, or their availability, and a kit's results depend on your setup, your data, and how you use it.

4. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for your own tool accounts, the data you connect, and using the kits in line with the terms of the tools they run on and with applicable law. Keep your account credentials secure.

5. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and charged at checkout through our payment processor. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, including the 14-day get-it-working guarantee described there.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or retire kits over time, and we may change these terms. If we change the terms, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the new terms.

7. Disclaimers and limit of liability

The store and the kits are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party tools outside our control. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid for the kit in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
